PD Condoles Children's Dealth

People's Democracy expresses its deep grief at the death of 24 school children (number may unfortunately rise) due to consuming poisonous mid-day meals in Bihar. Apart from a thorough enquiry, it is clear that the task of providing nutritious food to India's future cannot be entrusted to private profit seeking agencies. It must be a responsibility directly discharged by the State.
