Message from the Lao
People’s Revolutionary Party
ON the
occasion of the
opening of the 20th congress of the Communist Party of India (Marxist),
on
behalf of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party
and the Lao people we would like to convey our sincere
congratulations
and best wishes to the delegates and through the congress to all party
members
and entire Indian people.
This congress
is a
significant event in the political life and activities of the Communist
Party
of India (Marxist) as it is taking place amid rapid changes in the
regional and
international arena. We are confident that the resolutions to be
adopted by
this congress will be the guideline and basis for the party’s future
activities, thus further enhancing its strength and role in the
political arena
of the country as well as the cause of peace,
friendship, cooperation for development and social progress in
the
region and in the world as well.
On this
splendid occasion,
we wish the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) a
brilliant
success.
May the
friendship and
cooperation between our two parties be further developed for the
benefits of
both, the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and the Communist Party of
India
(Marxist) as well as the Lao and Indian peoples.
