Message from the Communist Party of Vietnam

ON the occasion of the 20th national congress of the Communist Party of India (Marxist), the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam would like to convey to the congress and to all party members of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) the warmest congratulations.

We are delighted to see that over the past years the solidarity and cooperation between the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) have been continuously strengthened. The Communist Party of Vietnam attaches a great importance to and highly values the active role of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) in the communist and workers’ movement in the region as well as the world at large.

We believe that the 20th congress will adopt important resolutions, the correct line and tactic in order to enhance the party capacity and position in the political arena, strengthening the solidarity with  parties in the Left Front and progressive and democratic forces, mobilising a broad support and participation of people from all walks of life, achieving great successes in the struggle to build socialism in India, actively contributing to the common struggle of the world people for peace, national independence, democracy and social progress.

The Communist Party of Vietnam is committed to coordinate closely with the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and will do its best to further promote the fine traditional friendship between the two parties as well as the peoples of the two countries.
