Capital,
Vol II in Oriya Released
THE Lokshikshya Publication organised a
function at Bhubaneswar
on May 5, 2011, on the 193rd birth anniversary of Karl Marx, when M K
Pandhe,
member of the CPI(M) Polit Bureau, released the Oriya translation of
the second
volume of Das Capital. The book has
been translated by Orissa state CITU president Lambodar Nayak. Renowned
Oriya
novelist Dr Bibhuti Patnaik inaugurated the function while economists
Basudev
Sahu and Dr Radhamohan, the BJD’s Rajya Sabha member Baisnaba Parida
and CPI(M)
state secretary Janardan Pati, among others, also addressed on the
occasion. The
translation contains a preface by Dr M K Pandhe.
