Report In ToI Is False
The
CPI(M) Central Committee office has issued the following statement on May 19,
2006.
A
REPORT had appeared in all editions of The Times of India dated May 17,
2006 that Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, Chief Minister of West Bengal, had written a
letter to the Union Minister of Civil Aviation regarding the modernisation of
Kolkata airport on the lines of Delhi and Mumbai airports.
Buddhadeb
Bhattacharya has stated that the report is false and he has not sent any letter
on airport modernisation of Kolkata to the Union Minister.
