AT the call of Federation of Medical and Sales Representatives Associations (FMRAI), thousands of medical and sales representatives from various parts of the country organised a successful day long dharna in front of labour ministry, government of India on September 20. This all India dharna was held in pursuance of their long pending demands viz. extension of the provisions of SPE Act to other industries, implementation of the amendment of section 2(J) of Industrial Dispute Act, framing of working rules for the sales promotion employees etc.
