On Polls In West Bengal
Harkishan Singh Surjeet, General Secretary of the CPI(M) issued the following statement on May 9, 2004.
THE
CPI(M) has full confidence in the Election Commission and the arrangements it
has made for the smooth conduct of polls in West Bengal. The party is sure that
with the cooperation of the State administration free and fair polls will be
held on May 10. The party appeals to all sections of the people to come forward
to cast their votes tomorrow.
