New DYFI Leadership

AN 85 member new central executive committee was also elected by the conference with Tapas Sinha continuing as the general secretary and K N Balagopal as the new president. Two posts have been left vacant for cooption at a later date.

The new committee met and elected 13 office-bearers and 5 secretariat members.
