THE Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) congratulates the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the successful completion of its 16th Congress.

 We have followed the deliberations of your Congress with keen interest. The 16th CPC Congress has reiterated the CPC’s firm adherence to the socialist path and its resolve to consolidate socialism.

 We are sure that under the new leadership of the CPC, the People’s Republic of China will see further strides in socialist development.
