Anti-War Demonstrations In Kerala

Kerala as one man rose against the war imposed by the US and its lackeys upon the innocent people of the world in keeping with its tradition of striving for world peace.
All over Kerala anti-war rallies were organised in a big manner predominantly by the Left parties. Various cultural organiations are also fully involved in the anti-war campaigns through out the state.
The LDF held a huge anti-war demonstration at Thiruvananthapuram which was addressed by the CPM Politburo Member E.K.Nayanar. At Kochi, the demonstration was flagged off by another Politburo Member, S.Ramachandran Pillai.
Rallies and demonstrations were held at Kollam, Thrissur, Pathanam Thitta, Kannur and other District head quarters of the state. The reports say that a large number of people participated in these demonstrations.
