Circulation Drive for Central Papers

THE Central Committee in its meeting held on October 12-14, 2012 decided to call for a campaign to increase the circulation of the Central Party papers – People’s Democracy, Lok Lahar and The Marxist.

In the 20th Congress of the Party, the decline in the circulation of Central party papers was noted and a decision taken to increase the circulation.

In the observance of the P Sundarayya birth centenary, the Polit Bureau had called for using the occasion to strengthen the Party organisation and one of the tasks set out was the increase in the circulation of Party papers.

With this in view, the Central Committee has called upon the state committees to organise a circulation drive for Central Party papers in the month of December 2012.  State committees should work out the specific campaign details and the period of the campaign during the month of December.  They can also combine the drive for the Central Party paper’s circulation with the campaign to improve the sales of the state-run Party publications.

The Hindi-speaking states have to make special effort for the sale of Lok Lahar.
